We want you to love your GUESS timepiece; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn watches in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original GUESS presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
